Quality starts with qualification

Increasingly challenging jobs, future-oriented projects and rising technical requirements demand first-class young professionals. Therefore LASCO attaches great importance to comprehensive vocational training of young people.
With approx. 16% of our workforce being apprentices, we have been well above average for years compared with other companies in the industry. In their final exams our trainees usually achieve high to excellent grades.

The vocational training begins on 1 September each year.
